The hotel is well located between East and West Berlin, within reach of good public transport. The room was clean and very quite. Breakfast was excellent.

Very good location, no traffic noise, even at night with open windows sleeping possible.
The bed was too narrow and a second pillow was missing. The elevator's too small.

The room was good and large with great view on the town. The location is perfect. Easy access for the Zoo and station.
Under the beds and in the back never cleaned! Also the carpet was not in good igenic condition. In general they need to do more attention to the cleaning service.

The hotel was conveniently located, with access to public transport. Our quadruple room was spacious and bright, my wife, and our niece.
It would be great if they could schedule work during hours that won't disturb families.

The room was large and very comfortable, in a building which had plenty of character. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfasts were ample and the location very convenient for travelling around Berlin.
